For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counseller? Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again? For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen. - Romans 11:34–36
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. - Romans 5:8
---
Has anyone ever wronged you? Have they hurt you in such a way that you felt they did not deserve your forgiveness?
I'm sure we all have. However, we've done the same thing to Jesus. We do every day.
But yet, He chose to forgive us. He made a conscious decision to love us enough to die for the worst of sinners.
When someone wrongs us, we automatically think, "That person owes me." Are you willing to go above and beyond like Jesus to forgive them? We owe Him that much, especially after His ultimate display of love and forgiveness on a cruel cross.
He died for every single instance that we sinned against Him. He shed His blood for those moments when we failed Him. The least we can do is forgive one another.
